My name is Adam Mustoe. My mission is to guide people to the place where they are gifted and called.  A waypoint is the co-ordinates of a specific location; I use an assessment tool called CliftonStrengths to help people find the intersection of their unique talents and rewarding work.

I first discovered my strengths in 2009 and it changed my life.  Since 2015 it has been my joy to have helped over 1,000 people find their Waypoint.  I hold a Master's of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary and am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.  You can find some of my work featured on the CliftonStrengths Coaching Blog.
